- All excess payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We are not liable for lost/damaged parcels caused by the courier. No refund will be made.
- Please provide your full unboxing video before complaining of incomplete orders. The video will only be accepted if the item/s is/are still inside the parcel package at the beginning of the video and if it can clearly be seen that the parcel packaging has not been tampered with. NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND.
- If it is out of stock on the day of checking out the album/s on the website, our shop has a right to refund your payment.
